Summary: When we went to check in I had booked for 5 rooms for family. They only had 4 reservations. They did have a room but we had to pay then again so I have paid twice. I need to get the number so I can talk to someone.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Kansas City Country Club! The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. At check-in, we were surprised and delighted to be named “Guest of the Day,” which included complimentary breakfast—a special treat that made our stay even better. This was our third time staying here, and we’ll definitely be back. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is fantastic—perfect for enjoying everything Kansas City has to offer. Highly recommend!

Summary: Enjoy staying here when we come to KC. It’s in a great location and makes it easy to get to where we want to go in town. The room has a lot of space and a good value for the money. The staff is also very friendly.

Summary: Hotel was 50/50. Service was just ok. Front desk agent was rude. Parking in parking garage was terrible and expensive. Only 1 working elevator. Note: Park in the garage across the street. Room was great and beds were very comfortable. The layout of the room was perfect for our family. Close to restaurants and shopping was perfect.

Summary: Room was nice and clean. Hotel and service were great. However, the bathroom was little. Toilet barely worked. Every time you used it, you prayed it worked. Also, bathroom had 2 doors. One was sliding. It often stuck and hard to open
